Linia Posted January 16, 2020 Posted January 16, 2020 Hi, I made a logo file in affinity photo a few days ago. Today I opened it, made some changes and wanted to save it. It gave me an error about access interrupted - File must be closed. Now whenever I try to open the file, it gives me the same error (see screenshot). I have Version 1.7.3, the error is reproduceable every time. File size is about 1500 kb. MacOS Catalina 10.15.2 I am using always the same hardware and software, no changes since. I try to attach the file in question. - There it is. Please help! Thank you, Lin Quote
Staff Chris B Posted January 16, 2020 Staff Posted January 16, 2020 Hey Linia, We have managed to recover the file, however we had to use the beta. This means the file will only open in the beta version of the app and not the retail. You can install the beta and run it alongside the retail version if you wish.
