I have created a 2 page master and added page numbering to the outer corners. I have also created a single page homepage master (without numbering), a 2 page index page (without numbering) and a further 2 page master for the rest of the document (with numbering). So my layout is: Homepage (homepage master) with no numbers. 2 page index (index master) with no numbers. 2 page - repeated throughout the rest of the document (numbered master) with numbers. I set my page numbering to start on page 4 within the Section manager. Yet, my page 4 is actually numbered '7' and page 5 is numbered '8' Did I do something wrong?
