Are there any different options for generating the chart? I hate to say, but SVG support seems not to be the best with Affinity. Made a quick test saving the file with Inkscape, but the problem still exists, whereas saving as PDF delivers a good result. I've bought graphical software, I think that it should not be such an issue. There will be lots of others having the same issue and saving it through Inkscape is a quite long process changing the resolution of an image.
