marilynrose Posted January 14, 2020 Share Posted January 14, 2020 I am unable to export a simple jpg or png image without getting the error message saying "the output folder could not be created". Can anybody tell me what is happening, it has worked for the last 3 months ever since a bought the product and now this is happening. GarryP Posted January 14, 2020 Share Posted January 14, 2020 On top of the advice already given by Callum above, have you moved your machine, either physically or to a different network? It’s been quite a while since I did any network admin so I’m a bit rusty but there’s a chance that the 1MS-DC01 server is no longer available, or has been given a different name that your machine doesn’t know about.
