Recommended Posts

  1. Select the Layer 
  2. At the bottom of the layers panel click on LayersTabFxIcon_lightui.png.71014815d6855bfcc81a154bf14913b7.png and add an Outline.

If you want a separate stroke...

  1. make a selection
  2. Create a new pixel layer
  3. Fill it with a colour using the Flood Fill tool (G)
  4. At the bottom of the layers panel click on LayersTabFxIcon_lightui.png.71014815d6855bfcc81a154bf14913b7.png and add an Outline.
  5. Arrange the layers so the new pixel layer is below the original layer.
