Rich P Posted January 9, 2020 Posted January 9, 2020 Hi, I've just moved over and learning the basics! I was determined to find an answer to this on my own, but have been trying for over an hour and still none the wiser.. There are a million posts saying what to do with the corner tool - but none saying where to find it?! All posts assume it is in the left hand tool box - but it isn't there. It is not in the customise tool box. I can find no reference to it. It doesn't even show up under 'help'. I'm sure there is a simple answer, but can anybody please advise me where to find or activate the corner tool?! Thanks. Quote
Joachim_L Posted January 10, 2020 Posted January 10, 2020 This is an ADesigner tool only and you find it here, if you can not find in ADesigner: View -> Customise Tools Quote ------ Windows 10 | i5-8500 CPU | Intel UHD 630 Graphics | 32 GB RAM | Latest Retail and Beta versions of complete Affinity range installed
Fixx Posted January 10, 2020 Posted January 10, 2020 You can also use corner options in Context toolbar: Quote
Rich P Posted January 10, 2020 Author Posted January 10, 2020 Thank you both for your suggestions. I have done it using the context bar. However, I still cannot find the corner tool. As per the screen shot - It isn't in the 'tool bar' or the 'customise tools' ?! I suspect I may be missing several other tools too. Do I have to activate something, or download a tool library?? Quote
GarryP Posted January 10, 2020 Posted January 10, 2020 As was mentioned above, the Corner Tool is only available in Designer, not Publisher (or Photo either). Quote
Rich P Posted January 10, 2020 Author Posted January 10, 2020 Ah sorry, I misunderstood. Thanks again for your help - much appreciated Quote
Joachim_L Posted January 10, 2020 Posted January 10, 2020 But if you bought ADesigner also, you can switch to the Designer Persona (and back) to get this done. Rich P Posted January 10, 2020 Author Posted January 10, 2020 What a great feature!! (This is my head in my hand moment - I can't believe I didn't figure that out before!). Thanks, have a great day.. Joachim_L 1 Quote
