Hi LeniP,

Welcome to the forums :)

As mentioned by GarryP, there are many ways this can be achieved in Affinity, depending on your desired result.

Provided there is no object behind the 'inner circle', you can simply set it's fill to None, in order for the object to be transparent. The None fill can be found here, in the Colour Studio -

However, depending on your exact design you may need something more advanced than this. Could you please provide a further explanation, or a copy of your Affinity file? Thanks in advance!
