Many thanks to all who replied,

I finally got to install Page Plus but it wont open any of my ppp files, it just comes up as  " this is not a Page Plus file, how can I open them ?.

Also I noticed that most of the buttons are either hidden or in a different place, it is not the same screen as before, WHY ?.

As previously mentioned, Mike, you're in the wrong forums for Page Plus support. You need to ask over in https://community.serif.com/ which is where the legacy applications are supported.

I have published various documents with PagePlus X9 but I now need to know if I can attach the document to an email or in Microsoft Word without the formatting of the document changing when it arrives

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @SusieQ.

As mentioned above, you're in the wrong forums for PagePlus support. You need to ask over in https://community.serif.com/ which is where the legacy applications are supported. This forum is exclusively for the Affinity suite of products.
