Phunkfarm Posted February 1, 2020 Share Posted February 1, 2020 (edited) I am assuming once you use the product key on a particular computer, you are no longer able to see your product keys on your accounts page anymore? I ask because my laptop was stolen out of m car last week. I can not recover my product key from the computer itself so I can use that same key on my replacement computer. What do I do? Assuming you bought the app(s) direct from Serif, simply go to your account page, as @walt.farrell said. All your account keys will be listed there. All your purchases from either of those stores are linked to your Apple ID or the Microsoft equivalent, respectively. I have run as administrator, the email address is correct, and I copy/pasted the key into the key field, but no joy. Any help would be appreciated. My 90 days trial code worked the first time I opened the app. Then trying to reopen it I'm asked to fill the code again, but the code is no more valid. On subsequent starts of the application, you then just click "Continue Trial".
