I previously was able to use Affinity on my Windows computer but one day while using Affinity Photo stopped working. I uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall it but I have not been able to reinstall the software on my computer and A keep getting the following message. "Affinity Installer has stopped working....A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. I have all three Affinity programs: Photo, Publisher and Designer but I cannot install any of them on my desktop computer however I was previously able to utilize them on this same desktop prior to that occurring.

Hi Shante,

Welcome to the forums :)

Please could you try re-downloading the installer and then see if it works?

Thanks

I am having this same problem. on windows 7! the trial worked, and the actual program i have purchased doesn't

Is the install failing? If so, what error do you get?

Or, is the install working, but the application won't work.
