lichtentunes
Why is it so difficult to crop something in Affinity? In Photoshop I click the crop tool, select the area I want, and click on the check mark on the bottom, and voila! Cropped. In Affinity I selected the crop tool, chose my area, double clicked, right clicked. Nothing. No way to get rid of everything except for the part inside my crop. I looked in the help and it only has vector crop and no info at all about how to actually crop everything outside of my desired object. Please help if you can! I'll have to go back to Photoshop for this...

You need to double click inside the area you're going to keep. You'll see the cursor changes to a cruciform "move" symbol when you're in the right place. Note: If you have purchased the wrong product you have 14(?) days to return it for a full refund (if purchased via the Affinity store) Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum.
