walt.farrell Posted January 1, 2020 Posted January 1, 2020 Recipe: Open a .afdesign document with at least one artboard, or open a PDF with at least one page. Select the Crop Tool. Note that the default size is the entire document, and if there are multiple artboards or pages it covers all of them. Adjust the crop box to cover an area you want to crop to. Press Apply. Nothing crops, though the History gets a Raster Crop entry. This happens both in 1.7.3.481 and in 1.8.0.526. (Sometimes there are artifacts left on-screen, until one zooms in and out again. Sometimes the Crop Tool icon pointer is incorrect, and sometimes some of the crop handles don't work properly.) Staff Gabe Posted January 3, 2020 Staff Posted January 3, 2020 Hey Walt, Thanks for spotting this. The crop tool should be grayed out, as it is on macOS. walt.farrell 1 Quote
