I have mentioned this to the company several times but nothing has changed. When you save an Affinity Photo file and then immediately want to export it as a jpg to the same folder location, Affinity does not take you there. It defaults to a previous (irrelevant) location you have used.

 

You have to start again to find the location of the folder you literally just created to save the Affinity file. So frustrating and the only app or software I use that does this. Using Mac OS 10.13.6.

The most recently used folders will be visible in the folder drop down list under ‘recent places’. No need to search.
