Boroji Posted December 24, 2019 Posted December 24, 2019 Hello, I wanted to use the isometric grid system, however the snapping is not aligned properly. Is there something that I should do ? Please watch the video to see the behavior. Thank you isometric-grid.mp4 Quote
Staff Sean P Posted January 6, 2020 Staff Posted January 6, 2020 Hi Boroji, Unfortunately this is a known issue that is with development to be fixed. It generally affects documents with multiple artboards - one thing you could try is to move the artboard you wish to snap on, so that it is the 'most top left' artboard of the document. That said I will pass your comments onto development. Quote
Boroji Posted January 6, 2020 Author Posted January 6, 2020 Hi Sean, Thank you for your feedback. Looking forward for it getting fixed in the next update. Regards, Quote
Staff Patrick Connor Posted January 23, 2020 Staff Posted January 23, 2020 We have made fixes/improvements to Artboard grid display in the latest Windows customer beta. Sorry this issue has taken so long to get resolved properly. If you would like to try these changes the beta software is available in the forum posts listed below. The latest beta builds are downloadable from links at the top of each of these beta forum posts. Affinity Photo 1.8.0.532 for Windows Affinity Designer 1.8.0.532 for Windows These betas install parallel, next to the release version (they do not overwrite your release) and so the fixes can be tried in the beta without affecting your normal workflow in the release version. #when using beta builds, please work on copies of your files, as 1.8.0 uses a more advanced version of the file format than 1.7.3 Once these programs have been through a full beta process the change will be released in a future free 1.8.0 update/patch to all customers. andmocychmen 1 Quote Patrick Connor Serif Europe Ltd Latest V2 releases on each platform Help make our apps better by joining our beta program!
