Cyranose Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 The title says it all. I saw it in a tutorial, but somehow missed the explanation of how to set Affinity Photo preferences up for it and can't find the tutorial again OR how to do it in Help or Preferences. It is apparently possible to display a brush as an outer circle showing the edge of the brush and an inner circle -- if the brush has a hardness of less than 100% -- showing the point at which it becomes "hard. Advice appreciated. --Cyranose Quote
firstdefence Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 There are options under Preferences > User Interface to set Brush Preview and Brush Crosshairs but the only reason I've known for having several circles is when the brush is larger than the screen and you get 3 circles. There are also modifier keys and I think it's these you might be thinking about https://affinity.help/photo/English.lproj/pages/Painting/painting.html Quote iMac 27" 2019 Sequoia 15.0 (24A335), iMac 27" Affinity Designer, Photo & Publisher V1 & V2, Adobe, Inkscape, Vectorstyler, Blender, C4D, Sketchup + more...
