Staff Patrick Connor Posted December 19, 2019 Staff Share Posted December 19, 2019 From 3 pm GMT on Friday 20th December 2019 until 9 am GMT Thursday 2nd January 2020 the Serif office is officially closed. There will be some coverage of the support channels during these 13 days, but most staff are taking time off whilst the offices are closed. Customer Service and Technical Support tickets will take priority and queries about bugs and beta builds will be picked up in the New Year. Please bear with us if you contact us during this time and potentially for a few days afterwards, whist we deal with any backlog. Thank you in advance for your patience and we will make every effort to address your queries in the shortest time-frame possible.
