Draig Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 I am using Affinity Photo 1.7.3.841 on a PC running Windows 10. I have been successfully using the free Google NIK collection for some time. A few days ago I discovered that when editing in the Photo Persona, all NIK options are now blanked out, with the exception of HDR Effex Pro 2, which works fine. I find that when editing TIFF or JPEG files, all options in the NIK collection are available, and operate just as before. Does anyone have any ideas on what may have caused this change. Paul Quote
walt.farrell Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 Are you perhaps working with 32-bit images, @Draig? Many plugins require 8- or 16-bit images, I think. Draig Posted December 16, 2019 Author Posted December 16, 2019 In truth I don't know! How do I check? Quote
Draig Posted December 16, 2019 Author Posted December 16, 2019 Walt, your suggestion was spot on. I have reverted to RGB 16 Bit and all the NIK collection options are present and functioning. Thank you very much for responding. Paul Quote
