lionel06fr Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 Hi 1) In photoshop CS6 i have the option to choose the position of my visible work area ! ( see PS CS6 print setting capture screen ). Does affinity DEsigner give the same options when print ? I don't see where I have to click to define position ( top left ) like in PS CS6 ! 2) the rendering area in photoshop is update when change the option. Change option in affinity Designer don't update the rendering area right ? regard's Quote
Staff Lee D Posted December 16, 2019 Staff Posted December 16, 2019 Our apps don't have the option to adjust the print layout/position as other apps do, it's a requested and may be an option added. If you can created a canvas the same size as the printer layout you can position on canvas first and then print. Another option would be to export as PDF and then print as most PDF viewers will have that option available. lionel06fr 1 Quote
Joachim_L Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 You can use Model N-up in the printing dialogue (no repeat). There you can define an offset from left and top. lionel06fr Posted December 16, 2019 Author Posted December 16, 2019 (edited) Hi this confirm what i was thinking ... i don't know what mean Model N up ( i ll search a link or a video to understand ) Thank's for your reply NB it is a shame that import of psd file that contain vectors layers are convert to raster when use affinity software !! NB CS6 has a way to import csv text and link text image ( Image -> variable & template ) but the position is predefine and can't be move in an automatic way ( no center text except using action script ....) . Hope that affinity serif ll have a way to manage align and distribute in an automatic way . Edited December 16, 2019 by lionel06fr Quote

That is not generally true, as far as I know. Can you provide more details about your file and what it contains?
