jeffthewiz Posted December 16, 2019 Posted December 16, 2019 (edited) when i zoom in and zoom out in affinity designer it won't blur the layers and fonts but in affinity photo everything is blurred like fonts and layers when i zoom in and zoom out why is it that affinity photo when using zoom will blur the text and images? even it is not rasterized. any configuration settings to make the same output as affinity designer. please refer to the image below reason: because when i am editing i want to zoom in, view the text and layers clearly, even though it is not rasterize. thanks. ------------------------------------- affinity designer affinity photo Edited December 16, 2019 by leetskil Quote
Staff Callum Posted December 16, 2019 Staff Posted December 16, 2019 Hi Leetskill, Welcome to the forums This is because Affinity Photo is a completely raster application where as Designer is vector. Unfortunately there is no way around this. Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
jeffthewiz Posted December 17, 2019 Author Posted December 17, 2019 (edited) i would suggest to have a vector persona for affinity photo, just like pixel persona in affinity designer, so that we could work on vector inside affinity photo and revert back to raster application when finish editing. jeffthewiz Posted December 18, 2019 Author Posted December 18, 2019 i just currently stumble upon on 'Edit in Designer' and 'Edit in Photo' what a useful option to edit vise versa between two affinity application, will purchase affinity publisher soon ^_^ mod please delete thread thank you Quote
GarryP Posted December 18, 2019 Posted December 18, 2019 When you get Publisher you will be able to use Studio Link to switch between the three applications seamlessly so you can work in whichever application suits your needs at the time, without using the “Edit in...” menu items. Quote
