Merge options gone missing in Photo persona in Publisher

Your examples so far have all shown selecting an object that has a vector layer below it. You cannot merge down into a vector layer; you would need a pixel layer immediately below in order to actually merge down.

So, in a sense, Mac is more correct than Windows in not having Merge Down available in those Photo Persona examples, because even if it were available it could not do anything.

So I am not sure if the bug is Mac not having the options available (even if not usable) or in Windows having them available when they are not usable.

Interesting comment, Walt. Strangely, in Photo persona, if you right click on the Master then Merge Visible appears!

It is a bit of both @walt.farrell

Mac should have the right-click menu but grayed out if the operation is not possible. Windows does have the menu, but not grayed out when the operation is not possible.
