Hello,

I have problem wih Affinity Designer on iPad while hitting export button. It crashes imidiatelly without giving me the option to which format do I want to export.

I am working with 14 mb file on my iPad 2019 10.3 inch software version 13.2.3.

I do have AD in version 1.7.3.1.

Currently I have 10 gb of free space on my iPad.

Could you please help me how to resolve the issue?

Thank you very much in advance

Roman

Hi Boban,

Would you be able to attach a copy of the file you are trying to export please? You can do this using Document > Save a copy or the Save button on the document's preferences dropdown in the apps home screen. Also are you able to get a quick recording that demonstrates the process you are going through to export it please? To do see this article: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT207935

Thanks

Thank you very much for the file. I've reproduced that here and will get it passed on to development. In the meantime if you select each parent group and tap the Merge/Rasterise button (second icon from the left on the Layers Studio) and select 'Rasterise' should at least export your document out without it crashing. The only downside is that your document will no longer be made of vectors and will just be a series of raster layers.
