Hello,

I don't know what's wrong but I think since I updated my iMac to Catalina, I don't see the Color Management option anymore in the printing dialog boxes in all Affinity programs . Therefore I cannot select the ICC Profiles that I've created for different papers. Is it new? Is there any other way around?

See the attached file.

Thanks for help,

Marcel

Hi Marcel,

Welcome to the forums :)

We don't use our own print menu we use the operating systems one which is why updating Catalina could have caused this. I'd recommend trying to reinstall your printer drivers to see if this makes Colour management come back.

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for the information, I understand what you mean and I have updated the Epson driver for my SureColor P600 and rebooted the system. Unfortunately, I still don't see the option to select the ICC profile in the Print dialog boxes, and the prints are totally out since the printer manages the output. This is really weird, and the timing is awful since I have to print some of my limited editions for clients who purchased them for X-Mas gifts.

:(

I've downloaded and installed the driver listed on the Epson support page for my printer, but I suspect that they did not update the driver for Mac OS Catalina, which might be the problem. I've contacted Epson to verify, and we'll see...

Thanks Callum for pointing me in the right direction.

Epson sugggested to uninstall and reinstall everything (printer and driver), which I did, and was happy to see the Color Matching options back into the Print dialog box. Therefore, problem solved!
