Old Bruce
This happens when I pin an object into a Text Frame from a Master Page. You can see how the rectangle isn't visible even though its visibility checkbox is ticked. I can change from inline to float and nothing changes then when I edit Detached for the master page when I try to change the visibility the checkbox won't take the tick. The crash happens when I try to change the pinning from inline to float. None of this happens with a text frame made on a page. I enclose the document as well as the crash report because I can now no longer open that document without a crash occurring. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
