th_studio
It would be great if there are options for copying, pasting, disabling and removing layer effects by right clicking on a layer. I know layer effects can removed by clicking on the fx icon and unchecking the boxes. What do you think friends?
walt.farrell
Just to make sure you know, copying effects can be done with a simple Copy. Pasting them can be done via the menu Edit > Paste FX. (I mention this in case you hadn't discovered that the function is at least available somewhere You're right that it's not in the right-click Context Menu.) Also, just to clarify, when you refer to right-clicking on a layer were you intending that to apply to a layer on the canvas, a layer in the Layers panel, or both? th_studio 1 Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. iPad: iPad Pro M1, 12.9": iPadOS 17.4.1, Apple Pencil 2, Magic Keyboard Mac: 2023 M2 MacBook Air 15", 16GB memory, macOS Sonoma 14.4.
th_studio
@walt.farrell thank you so much! I actually saw the Paste FX option before but totally forgot about that haha 37 minutes ago, walt.farrell said: Also, just to clarify, when you refer to right-clicking on a layer were you intending that to apply to a layer on the canvas, a layer in the Layers panel, or both? I'm talking about applying the effects to a layer/group in the Layer panel. walt.farrell
