radek108
A function would be useful, thanks to which you can specify a new folder with all source files. In a situation when the whole folder is moved to a different place. This can be done just like on the attached file ... Now you need to update each file individually - in InDesign, automatic file update happens. vonBusing and CLC 1
walt.farrell
Yes, it would be good to have that in the Resource Manager. Until then, when you Open the document after the files are moved, and you get the prompt, choose Yes rather than choosing Resource Manager. Then when you get the File Explorer (Windows) or Finder window (Mac) you can locate the file it asks for, and all others that are in the same folder will also be located automatically. vonBusing 1 Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. iPad: iPad Pro M1, 12.9": iPadOS 17.4.1, Apple Pencil 2, Magic Keyboard Mac: 2023 M2 MacBook Air 15", 16GB memory, macOS Sonoma 14.4.

thomaso
@radek108, it was requested a few times in the Feedback/Feature Request forum, e.g.https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/95858-feature-request-publisher-resource-manager-relink-to-folder/ But please don't mix up the word "locate" since it means different things inside/outside the Resource Manager.
