Ulaxes
Hi, uninstalling OneDrive did help. I hope that reinstalling it won't cause the same issue again, because I need it. Regarding stability, may I suggest you start to use crowdtesting in your development? Plattforms like test.io would help you to discover these critical bugs earlier in development and enable you to fix it before release. I bought publisher and the first thing I've encountered was serious crashes (first blue screen of death in years!) and nonworking software. In most cases I would've just asked for a refund and avoid the company in the future.

Since the bug is, as far as anyone can tell, a Microsoft bug not a Serif bug, I'm not sure how any crowd testing would help Serif fix anything related to this. The fix needs to come from Microsoft, I think.
