DXF export workaround

Recommended Posts

So I’m here again wasting hours of time trying to figure out how to get a sketch made in affinity designer into shapr3d on my ipad.

Since affinity doesn’t have dxf export . What is the best way to get it in the correct dimensions?

And what online converter should I use?

Hi Vassi,

We don't support any of the formats Shapr3d looks for other than the image formats found below.

https://support.shapr3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001415194-Image-import

As far as I know (I don't know much regarding Shapr3d) these formats would be the only way to import files from Affinity.

Perhaps other Affinity users who use both of these apps together will have more information for you :)

Thanks
