Hello all -

I'm struggling to draw a pipe or tube with large-radius bends along its length. That is, a thin rectangle with a 1-point stroke and plain coloured fill, curving like a snake along its length.

I'd appreciate any help you may be able to give!

Thanks very much :-)

Welcome to the forums.
Is my attached file/image the sort of thing you want?
It was created very easily in Designer using the Pen Tool, Appearance Panel and the Corner Tool.
You don’t say which Affinity application(s) you are using so you might not have access to all of these things.

Hello Garry -

Thanks very much for the reply. Yes, that's it just the sort of thing I'm after!

Sorry -  I should have said: Designer 1.7.3. I'll experiment now using your suggestions. Strange thing is that i've done similar things several times in Illustrator, but couldn't replicate the method!

Cheers

What I really like with the corner tool is that it stays 'live' so you can manipulate the points along the path afterwards and the curves adjust themselves to suit the radius in each case.
