I want to organise my files, but in photo going to import or open from cloud it does not give me a small tile of the file. so I have no clue what it is, via the files app it’s the same no preview tiles, am I doing something wrong? see the 2 photos. rgds Henk Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This is a known issue with displaying Thumbnails in iOS13 - it has been logged with our developers and should hopefully be fixed asap. I will bump the report with your thread now - my apologies for any inconveniences in the meantime!
