act_ct
Hi, whenever I switch into the different brush types, they suddenly disappear. Whenever I restart the app they appear again but once I switch away from the pencils, I only get one or two in the different sections and as I keep switching they completely disappear. I'm using an 10.5" iPad Pro with iOS 13.2.2, and affinity designer 1.7.3.
Staff Sean P Posted December 3, 2019 Staff Share Posted December 3, 2019 Hi, Would you be able to get a screen recording that demonstrates the issue please? If you could attach the recording that shows the application from launching that would be very helpful. Thanks
act_ct
Thanks, here it is, as you can see at the beginning they are there, but slowly as I cycle through, they disappear IMG_0123.MP4
PaulToschi
I have just upgraded to 1.7.3.481, and there are no brushes. I don't know how many are included as default when I purchased. Do I have to re-import them, and if I do, where from?

Alfred
@altaircerda: Unless you want to attract the attention of spammers I strongly recommend that you change your username to something other than an email address. To do this, go to your Account Settings page and click on the ‘Display Name’ link. PaulToschi
I'm using Windows 7 for PC. A support team member recommended that I uninstall the upgrade and install it again, and this time it worked fine, all the brushes are back.
