I have searched the side toolbar, customized toolbar, and studio settings and the "A" text tool is not locatable or visible in any of these places. I have searched youtube with no success. By default the A (Artistic Text Tool) and the T (Frame Text Tool) share the same keyboard shortcut(T) location on the Tools panel. You will have one or the other showing, and the one you have will have a small triangle on the lower right. Click that and you'll get a flyout allowing you to pick the other.
