scurvycapn Posted November 29, 2019 Share Posted November 29, 2019 I just picked up Designer for Windows and I've noticed that if something is renamed via a dialog (swatch, palette, etc.) the textbox in the dialog that appears does not receive focus automatically. I either have to click into the textbox or press the left or right arrow key to put focus into the textbox. I was watching one of Designer tutorials on YouTube which is done on a Mac, and it appears that when the dialog is shown, focus is placed in the textbox with the text selected, allowing the user to just start typing to overwrite the existing name.
