Develop Persona: Last Preset selected

Recommended Posts

I guess this is covered elsewhere.

I made a few photographs of several different objects with the same lightings / conditions. In order to save me some time I made a new preset for the panels in the Develop Persona. Second time opening a RAW from the series of photographs there begins the boring repetitive work. Although the new preset is selected in the pulldown of the Preset (from processing last image) nothing happens. So I have to re-select the preset.

Maybe the presets can be part of the Develop Assistant? Second you can not save a preset over an existing preset with the same name, third you can not edit a preset, but this is not a real problem I think.

This drives me mad too.I would prefer the preset say 'Default' or 'None'.

Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Or at least do what it seems to be normal behaviour in the Affinity applications => Repeating the last formatting.

I see the same behavior. Any time I select a preset, the next time I open a raw file, that preset shows as selected, but it is not applied. You have to pick default (or some other preset, I assume) and then re-select the preset in order for it to be applied. I kinda think I like the preset staying selected. It would make developing multiple panels of a panorama before stitching much easier, but it actually needs to be applied.
