Grouping layers/adjustments affect final result

Recommended Posts

(Parent) adjustments which are not grouped will affect everything below them in the Layer's stack

Grouped adjustments with no other objects in that group will also affect everything below them in the Layer's stack

Adjustments that are grouped with other objects will only affect the other objects in that group

I think that's right :/

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

@carl123

Ahh you are right as long as group is object free (only pure adjustments) I am good. It actually works as intended then and could be worked around by doing seperates group (one for adjustments and one for objects) and then group those 2 groups into one master group and I am ok.

Thanks for pointing that out!

Edit: Yeah PS can handle that, that's why I was confused about it in a first place. Nvm maybe in the future AP shall handle it aswell.
