Undoing a Resize Produces Garbage

Recommended Posts

If you resize an image in AFP and then Undo it the result is a complete mess.

See attached files. Image before resizing. Image after resize followed by undo.

Fortunately I had just saved before resizing!  :)

Hi,

This file seems to be a bit more complex than just a single image. Would you be able to post an example file here or send it to support@seriflabs.com so we may take a look and see what's happening

Thanks

Yes. It is. Multiple layers and masks, groups, etc.

Resizing after flattening and then "unsizing" with Undo is no problem. But on complex files it is.

Here is the original file as requested. Hope this help.

Best wishes and thanks for a great app!  :)

Aaaha! Just discovered there's no file attach button on replies. Will email it marked "For attention Chris K Re. Forum Topic Undoing a Resize".

Hi Chris

Sent you the file by mail. Not quite if it went through properly. Sorry to bother you but could you let me know either here or by reply mail if you get it safely.

Hi David,

I can confirm that your email has reached the support address safely - we'll take a look in the morning :)

Thanks,

Matt

Hi David,

To access the File attach section you must click More Reply Options, near the Post button.

The attachment section is at the bottom.

Wiser next time. Thanks Matt!
