A document with about 12-15 layers was using a long time to save, it seemed like it couldn’t. I ended up closing all apps on iPad and now the document is unable to open again. When I try to save the document, the app crashes. Is everything lost?

I am a beginner with Affinity.

Best regards,

Dorthe

Unfortunately buy closing the app while the file was saving means the not all of the documents data was saved which is why the file has become corrupt and causing the error message when you are reopening the file.

If you drag this document into files and send it to me I will pass this along to our QA team to see if it can be recovered
