dmont76
How do I create a slideshow gif that changes every few seconds? Which Affinity program would be best to do this? Thanks
Staff Dan C Posted November 18, 2019 Staff Share Posted November 18, 2019 Hi dmont76 Unfortunately none of the Affinity apps currently support creating or exporting active .GIF files, this has been requested previously on the forums and is a feature we may add in the future - however we have no timescale for this currently, my apologies! Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time. Should you require a response from the team in a thread I have previously replied in - please Create a New Thread and our team will be sure to reply as soon as possible. Many thanks! GarryP
As an alternative to a slideshow GIF you can use Adobe Reader to create a slideshow out of a PDF (when exported from Publisher, and maybe the other Affinity apps too, I haven’t tried). The instructions here https://www.itsupportguides.com/knowledge-base/tech-tips-tricks/adobe-reader-how-to-loop-pdf-as-a-presentation/ are easy to follow.
