Changing default "plugin" directory in Affinity Photo

Recommended Posts

Just installed Affinity Photo and would like to change the default directory for plugins (and other directories saving logs, files etc) to a drive other than my SSD "C" drive due to its small capacity. How do you change the "plugins" directory in Photo?

Welcome to the forums.

I don’t think you can change the default folder for plugins but you can add additional folders via “Preferences / Photoshop Plugins”.
Manually move your plugins to a new folder and then tell Photo where to find them.
You will need to restart Photo to make it ‘see’ the new folders.
