Joachim_L Posted November 15, 2019 Share Posted November 15, 2019 Create a document with a Master page, go to the first page, click the Master layer, click Detached from the context bar. Delete the Master layer of this page. Click Finish, but the buttons stays. To get rid of the Finish button, save - close - open the document.
