Can you upload one or two of those photos so we can check what's going wrong as Paul suggested? Alternatively you can send them (or a dropbox link) to support@seriflabs.com along with a small description and a link to this thread. It would be very helpful to track down the issue. The few things I can achieve with Affinity I can do with my free NIKON out of box editing package. Have wasted 4 evenings with JPGs from 2 different models of camera and still HDR merge crashes my iMac (Mountain Lion 10.8.5) EVERY TIME. I suspect Apple are really P****d off with my crash reports which now run into the high twenties. I feel robbed and also mad as hell to have wasted SOOOO much time on this!!!!!! Do you think it will also help them to empathize with you as well over your troubles? No it won't. In all likelihood it will put them off. If you are having problems, it can be frustrating but there is no need to be rude. Just state your problems and hopefully one of the staff (who are incredibly nice and helpful) will be able to help you. Sometimes they are busy and so other users will sometimes come to the rescue but I doubt that anyone wants to help someone who rants and complains like you did.
