carmeljmj
Greetings, Is the Affinity Publisher Trial version contain all the features or are some features inactive until Publisher is purchased? Thank you for your assistance. John
GarryP
Welcome to the forums. The free trial versions of the all the Affinity apps (including Publisher) are fully-working with no restrictions apart from the time period for use which is 10 days from the time you install (or first launch, can’t remember which – but why install and then leave it for a few days before trying it?). Basically you get the full app for 10 calendar days – not working days – and then it stops working. 10 days isn’t enough time to get to grips with everything there is to offer but you should be able to figure out if you like it or not. If you have specific needs then you can ask about them in the forums before you install (best to say that up-front) to give yourself even more time with the trial apps. I thought it was 10 days from the time you install the trial version. Isn't that one of the reasons why a number of users have been "caught out"? They install the app and then, perhaps, "leave" it for a few days, only to discover when they do open it that those "missing/unused" days are actually part of the 10? Staff Patrick Connor Posted November 13, 2019 Staff Share Posted November 13, 2019 Walt is correct. First launch. Those who come saying it immediately timed out are normally "caught out" for file/folder permissions reasons or unknown reasons. It's so rare we have never really got to the bottom of the examples reported. emmrecs01 1 Quote Patrick Connor Serif Europe Ltd Latest V2 releases on each platform Help make our apps better by joining our beta program!
