Not sure what you mean exactly, can you expand a little please? Seems you are working with an image with a few hand drawn letters. What do you want to do exactly? Do you want to change the shape of the letters, apply some effect?

@jhelbling's letters seem to be bigger, if anything, at the bottom, so I doubt if perspective would help. Are these letters in a hand-drawn-like font, or are they just hand-drawn? Any solution would depend on this.

It seems to me that the question is not about the letters themselves, but about the arrangement or layout of them.

A triangle, converted to a text frame, or to shape text,  would allow that layout.

how do you do this? yeah somthing like this:

Such text warping on a vector base can't be done yet for vectors in Affinity Designer software. Thus for vectors you would have to use and try something else here (Inkscape for example). - However, you can do pixel/raster based distortion things in Affinity Photo with the Perspective tools there, so for text bitmaps.
