You need to go to the Library studio panel (View > Studio > Library), and import the file:

OK thanks I have it back now, however the order of the macro is different from the original.By that I mean the mask layer is now at the bottom of the stack  when before it was at the top. Also the Hazy Sky is offset and I cannot adjust by double clicking on the icon,it is in a fixed mode when I apply the macro?

I am not sure why the mask layer is at the bottom of your Clouds-3 pixel layer -- for me the macro applies it at the top - but as long as it is a child layer of the Clouds-3 layer it doesn't matter.

The Hazy Sky layer is not an adjustment layer so double-clicking on it will not open an adjustment window. Instead, it is a white "(Fill)" layer set by the macro to use the Screen layer blend mode with an adjustable 0 to 100% opacity. After the macro is applied, you can select it in the Layers panel & change its opacity there if you want.
