How do I make the single digit numbering align to the first of double digit numbering so the spacing between the number and the text are the same no matter what?

Which application, @Johnny Chin?

Depending on your font you may be able to get away with just sticking an extra space in before the single digit. Perhaps worth a try first...

macOS 10.15.7  15" Macbook Pro, 2017  |  4 Core i7 3.1GHz CPU  |  Radeon Pro 555 2GB GPU + Integrated Intel HD Graphics 630 1.536GB  |  16GB RAM  |  Wacom Intuos4 M

That doesn't work for me. What does is make a Paragraph style and set the tab to decimal and then with a minimum size for the tab it all works more or less okay in Designer. Obviously you have to have a tab before the digits. The top text is an Artistic text and the bottom is a text frame object.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4
Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

But my numbering’s are not within the same text box, is this mean I have to adjust manually each time? Oh and how do I make the new text box automatically start with the next number?

Making them two spaces and using appropriate fonts usually works.

You have to use "numbered" style to have this automatic.

You can do it if you remove the full-stop after the bullet number, it's the full-stop character that is pushing the number out of alignment.
