Staff Chris B Posted November 11, 2019 Staff Share Posted November 11, 2019 At the time of the crash, do you recall what tool you were using? The crashing may be isolated to a certain tool or action you're doing and we may know about it. Try attaching a raw file so we can try reproducing the crash. What steps were you doing or what filters were you using? Staff Chris B Posted November 13, 2019 Staff Share Posted November 13, 2019 I've been trying to crash the app for a while with the image you attached but it's absolutely fine for me. Could you make it crash again and once it crashes, go to %AppData%\Affinity\Photo\1.0\CrashReports\reports and attach the full crash report so I can pass it to the development team please?
