Hi Chris Bunce,

Welcome to the forums :)

When running a new Batch Job you can specify the Width and Height of your output (which will affect quality and file size), as well as set the 'Quality' for your images, by using the three dot (...) menu on the right hand side of each format, as shown here -

Is this what you're looking for?

Hi Dan, thanks for that. I found the default setting  on 85 and moved it to 100, I also changed from Bilinear to Bicubic (I think this is also a quality scale of some sort?) and saw a slight improvement but the picture is still blurred when uploaded to my website. Can you suggest how I might further improve the quality please? I also find that the resized pictures are named with the file names rather than the name of the product which is the title in Photos. Ideally I would be able to name them sequentially while resizing, is this possible?

Thanks again for your help. Chris

My sincerest apologies for the delayed response Chris - the resampling methods can change the quality slightly, but this will only have a minute effect in how sharp the image is.

I'm sorry to hear your images are appearing blurry, could you please confirm what physical size & DPI is the image please? If possible, could you provide a sample of this image?
How are you uploading the images to the web?

Unfortunately there's no options for setting filenames when using the Batch Process feature, my apologies. We do hope to improve this in a future update :)
