Don't show tooltip for panel title

The tooltip for panel titles (tabs) unnecessarily shows the same text as the title. E.g. hovering over the Pages tab shows a "Pages" tooltip, etc.. Similarly, hovering over a text button such as "Document Setup…" shows a tooltip that says "Document Setup…". It's non-helpful and kind of annoying!

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
Thanks for your feedback. The tooltips are useful for when there's not enough space to display the full label on a tab (although in the case of some buttons they are a little redundant and really not helpful). See the screenshot below for reference - the tooltip refers to the fourth tab Text Styles. If they annoy you, you can increase the Tooltip Delay slider in Affinity Preferences, User Interface section.
