Nrsantos
Hi, I have a license installed on my computer and I'm moving to a new one. I can't understand where the current license is and how can apply it to new mac. I searched for e-mails to get the license and I didn't found anything. Any tip how I cal solve this? emmrecs01
@Nrsantos Welcome to the Affinity forums. Where did you buy the Affinity app (which one, by the way) via the MAC App Store or direct from Serif/Affinity? If from the MAS, simply log into the store on your new computer, making sure you use the same log-in details as when you originally purchased it and the app should be listed under your Purchased items and be available to download and install. If you purchased direct from Serif you need to go to your Affinity log-in page, find the product, and its key, download and install it. Nrsantos
Hi, I think it was from Serif/Affinity because I have already logged with the same user on appstore and to install the price is displayed. Although, I can't find any information about the email I used to buy the license. I have already tried to recover password but no one of my mails are recognized. Anyway to get any information about the license on the current installation? Thanks
emmrecs01
Did you follow the link in my post to the log-in page for your Serif/Affinity account? Does it allow you to log in? Once you are logged in there you will be able to see all your Affinity purchases from Serif and the licence key you want will also be shown. I don't know of any method by which you can discover your licence details from your old computer, sorry.
