Remy Konings Posted November 6, 2019 Posted November 6, 2019 Hello, I downloaded Photo en Designer from the MAS, but downloaded Publisher from you guys directly. I like to change that so I can get Publisher from the MAC as well regarding overview/updates. Is it possible to get a refund or is that some other way in which we can arrange this? Staff StevenS Posted November 6, 2019 Staff Posted November 6, 2019 Hi Remy, If you purchased Affinity Publisher in the last 14 days, then you can email affinityreturns@serif.com and request a refund to repurchase through the MAS. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for purchases made over 14 days ago. Any spelling or grammatical errors found in the above post are deliberate and included to boost the self-esteem of those who spot them.

Though, i find it a bit difficult that this is not an option in some way. Perhaps it has to do with Apple and not you. but it is a shame for people who like to organize it well.
