If it's paid for, can you upload it to this Dropbox link - https://www.dropbox.com/request/tKCsdQNJx04OIJKtDiXw You may as well save the .afphoto file into that folder as well so I can have a go at reproducing it. Have you changed any of the default TIFF export settings? What Compression setting are you using?
